呼吸衰竭患者行无创正压通气的护理

Nursing Care of Patients With Respiratory Failure Undergoing Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation

目的探讨呼吸衰竭患者行无创正压通气治疗期间的护理。方法选择我科2016年2—12月的40例呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析40例呼吸衰竭患者进行无创正压通气前后的临床症状、血气分析的变化,对护理进行总结和分析。结果呼吸衰竭患者经过无创正压通气后,动脉血氧分压以及二氧化碳分压得到了改善(P<0.05),另外没有患者出现并发症,治疗效果较好,且满意度较高。结论呼吸衰竭患者行无创正压通气能够提高治疗效果,减少患者的创口,降低了插管的风险,并且有效预防并发症的发生。对行无创通气的患者治疗前、后及治疗间歇期的精心护理,使其顺利完成治疗,提高无创通气的治疗效果,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the nursing of patients with respiratory failure without invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment.Methods Choose our department during February 2016 to December 2016,40 patients with respiratory failure as the research object,40 patients with respiratory failure were retrospectively analyzed for noninvasive positive pressure ventilation before and after the change of clinical symptoms,blood gas analysis,summary and analysis of nursing.Results Patients with respiratory failure after noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,arterial PO_2 and PCO_2 got significant improvement（P〈0.05）,the other patients with no complications,successfully completed the treatment,the effect is better,and higher satisfaction.Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the patient＇s wound,reduce the risk of intubation,and prevent the occurrence of complications effectively.The treatment of patients with uninvasive ventilator before,after and after treatment interval is carefully treated,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of non-invasive ventilation and promote the recovery of patients.
