摘要
目的探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)护理干预中个体化健康教育对患者生存质量的影响。方法以我院96例AP患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(48例,给予常规护理干预+个体化健康教育)和对照组(48例,给予常规护理干预),患者出院当天对护理工作的满意度进行评价,出院后进行3个月的随访,并评价生存质量。结果观察组患者在生理机能、躯体健康、精神健康、饮食状况四方面生存质量评分均高于对照组,对护理工作的满意率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规护理干预基础上对AP患者实行个体化健康教育能够有效提高患者出院后的生存质量及对护理工作的满意度,具有较佳的应用效果。
Objective To observe the effect of individualized health education in nursing intervention and its effect on quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 96 subjects were randomly divided into two groups into observation group(48 cases,given routine care interventions and individualized health education) and control group(48 cases,given routine care interventions),the nursing satisfaction was evaluated on discharge day,the quality of life was evaluated after 3 months follow-up.Results The quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing intervention,individualized health education for patients with AP can effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of nursing after discharge,and has better application effect.
