院前急救的安全隐患与护理管理对策

Potential Safety Hazards of Pre-hospital Care and Nursing Management Countermeasures

目的探讨院前急救的安全隐患与护理管理对策。方法随机选取大庆市120紧急救援中心在2016年1—12月接收到的急救电话422次(422例患者)资料作为研究对象,分为对照组(210例)和观察组(212例),对照组患者实施的是常规的院前急救,观察组患者通过对院前急救中容易出现的安全隐患进行分析并采取相应的护理管理对策。结果对照组安全事件发生率5.71%,高于观察组的0.94%,两组安全事件的发生率相比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.49,P<0.05)。结论针对院前急救常见的安全隐患进行分析,并采取相应的护理对策,能提高院前急救护理满意度,降低安全事件的发生率。

Objective To explore the potential safety problems and nursing management countermeasures of pre-hospital emergency care.Methods The data of 422 call（422 patients） to 120 Daqing emergency rescue center were randomly selected from January to December 2016 as the research object and divided into control group（210 cases） and observation group（212 cases）,the control group was treated with the routine pre-hospital emergency,patients in the observation group was treated with corresponding countermeasures by analyzing the security risks of pre-hospital emergency.Results The security incident rate of control group was 5.71%,significantly higher than the observation group（0.94%）（χ2=7.49,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through analyzing the common security risks of pre-hospital emergency care,and taking the corresponding nursing measures,can improve the satisfaction of pre-hospital emergency care,reduce the incidence of safety incidents.
