摘要
系统研究环氧树脂40、80目废弃轮胎制成的橡胶粉对砂浆工作性能的影响,并给出最优配合比。利用正交设计得到各参数不同水平组合的试验方案,通过表征砂浆工作性能的稠度、流动度和保水率试验获取数据样本,利用差分析和方差分析得到各影响因素的影响程度及其对砂浆工作性能影响的显著性。结果表明:对砂浆工作性能影响最大的指标为环氧树脂,掺入后降低砂浆工作性能;影响性其次为40目橡胶粉和80目橡胶粉,掺量适中有利于提高砂浆工作性能;复掺40目橡胶粉3%和80目橡胶粉6%,砂浆工作性能最优。
The working performance of mortar is investigated systematically which considering the influence of epoxy resin,40 mesh and 80 mesh waste tire rubber powder,and the optimal mixture ratio is given.The different experiment schemes of parameter combination are obtained by orthogonal design,in order to get the data sample through the test of consistency、fluidity and water retention,which characterize the performance of mortar,ultimately getting the influence degree of all the influence factors and significance of the factors which affect the working performance of the mortar that using difference analysis and variance analysis.The results show that the epoxy resin is the index which had the greatest influence on mortar performance and reduce the performance after incorporation.The influence of 40 mesh rubber powder in second place and 80 mesh minimal impact.The working performance of mortar can improve if the admixture is suitable.Adding 40 mesh rubber powder 3% and 80 mesh rubber powder 6%,the working performance of cement mortar have the optimal performance.
