摘要
以西北地区三星级办公建筑为研究对象,对该项目的设计理念以及绿色技术策略进行介绍,重点描述适宜于西北地区的绿色建筑技术;对项目进行跟踪调研,分析其3年实际运行能耗,确定其节能率;同时分析其绿色建筑增量成本和投资回报期,期望对西北地区的建筑设计提供绿色概念和数据支持。
It studied the three-star rated office building in Chinese northwest region and introduced the project’s design concept and green technology strategy.It emphatically described green building technologies suitable for the northwest region.It had made a tracking survey of the project and analyzed the actual energy consumption of the project’s operation for three years to determine the energy saving rate; meanwhile,it had also analyzed the additional cost and return of investment of the green building.It was studied to provide some green concepts and data support for the architectural design made by the designers in the northwest region.
