共享经济平台型灵活就业人员的人力资源服务创新研究——基于某劳务平台型网站的调查分析 被引量:43

摘要 共享经济已经成为中国经济新的增长点和发展新动能,共享经济平台型灵活就业人员已经成为一个庞大且迅速增长的新就业形态劳动群体,这一庞大且迅速增长的劳动群体的就业特征与传统就业方式相比发生了很大变化,现有的基于有边界的组织的人力资源管理面临巨大挑战,急需创新人力资源服务,构建适应于灵活就业特征的人力资源服务体系。本文在文献回顾、调查分析和理论研究的基础上,通过对某劳务分享平台灵活就业人员及人力资源服务情况的调查,较为深入地分析了共享经济下平台型灵活就业人员的就业特征、灵活就业人员人力资源服务的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上构建了"基于利益相关者的因果联动"人力资源服务创新理论模型,该模型为分享经济平台型灵活就业人员人力资源服务创新策略的提出提供了理论分析框架,依据此框架,从政府、平台、用工企业三个层面系统化地提出了共享经济平台型灵活就业人员的人力资源服务创新策略。 The sharing economy is the most unique economic model of "Intemet +" era. With the rapid development of information technology, the sharing economy has the rapid development. Flexible employment has become an important new form of employment under the background of the sharing economy. Under the sharing economy, flexible employment has become a huge and rapidly growing new form of employment. At the same time, human resources services for flexible employment is received much attention. The aims of this paper are improving the management of flexible employment platform, promoting the coordinated development of flexible employees, platforms and employer by studying the issues and innovation of flexible employment of human resources services.Research methods of this paper are document research, mathematical statistics, factor analysis, model building. On basis of document reviews and theoretical analysis, this paper makes a survey on the "micro labor network" which is a flexible employment platform. This paper analyzes the employment situation of flexible employment, the status quo and issues of human resources service of flexible employment, and constructs the model of human resource service innovation and stakeholder relatiunshipand the model of flexible employment satisfaction. Finally, giving some advices for optimizing the human resource service of flexible employment from the views of governments, platforms and employers under the sharing economic.
