Postpartum management of HBV infection and antiviral treatment for pregnant women

母婴传播是乙型肝炎传播的重要途径,预防母婴传播除了乙型肝炎疫苗和乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白的应用,针对孕妇的预防性抗病毒治疗也是重要的预防措施之一。如何选择合理的抗病毒药物、预防用药的时机如何、产后停药的方案探讨、产后母乳喂养的若干建议等是目前需要关注的热点和难点问题。文章总结分析国内外指南建议及临床研究,结合临床实际出发,对以上问题作出简要分析和探讨,以期对临床提供指导和帮助。

Mother-to-child transmission（MTCT） is the most important way of spreading hepatitis B. In addition to the application of the hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B immune globulin, preventive antiviral treatment for pregnant women is still one of the important preventive measure of MTCT. How to choose the reasonable antiviral drug, when to add on the preventive medicine, what the postpartum withdrawal plan is and the suggestion about breasffeeding are all the hot and difficult problems need to be focused on. Through this paper we summarize and analyze the guidelines and clinical researches by combining the dinical practice, hoping to provide some clinical guidance and help.
