论中国特色社会主义政治经济学的基本特征

A Discussion on the Basic Features of Socialist Political Economics with Chinese Characteristics

中国特色社会主义政治经济学从实践上源于改革开放和社会主义建设所取得的伟大成就。从理论上对中国特色社会主义政治经济学的特征进行深入研究,可以使我们更清楚地将其与经典马克思主义政治经济学、苏联社会主义政治经济学以及西方经济学识别开来。该文从经济思想史的视角并结合对比分析,发现中国特色社会主义政治经济学具有四个方面基本特征:一是"以人民为中心"的"阶级性"特征;二是"以唯物史观为方法论基础"的"科学性"特征;三是"以中国为研究对象"的"国别性"特征;四是"以社会主义市场经济为表现形式"的"实践性""时代性"特征。该文对以上四个基本特征进行了学理上的分析,对马克思主义经济学的"阶级性"当今表现形式进行了研究,对剩余价值理论是否适合社会主义市场经济进行了分析,并对唯物史观的中国化,马克思主义政治经济学、苏联社会主义政治经济学以及西方经济学对"国家"忽略的"潜在动机"和"隐藏理由"进行了深层次探索。

The socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics stems from the great achievements of reform and opening up and socialist construction in practice.Studying in depth of the political economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics in theory,we can more clearly distinguish it from the classical political economics of Marx doctrine and the Socialist political economics in the Soviet Union as well as western economics.From the perspective of the history of economic thoughts,combined with comparative analysis,this paper discovers that the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics has four basic features：First,the class feature with People being the center.Second,the scientific feature on the methodological foundation of historical materialism.Third,the nationality feature regards China as the object of study.Fourth,the feature of practice and times with the form of socialist market economy.This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the above four basic characteristics, which includes the contemporary form of class feature in Marxist economics,and the suitability of the theory of surplus value for the socialist market economy,and sinicization of historical materialism,as well as deep exploration for ＂potential motivation＂ and ＂ hidden reasons＂ that Marx political economics,the Soviet socialist political economics as well as western economics ignore.
