服务业对城镇化效率的影响机理探析

The Analysis of the Impact Mechanism of Service Industry on Urbanization Efficiency

服务业发展对城镇化效率的提升至关重要。该文围绕服务业对城镇化效率的影响机理进行了全面探析:一是基于服务业规模、结构和集聚三大特征出发,分别构建它们对城镇化效率的影响理论机理框架;二是基于服务业和城镇化本质内涵出发,分别构建服务业对人口城镇化效率、经济城镇化效率、社会城镇化效率和生态城镇化效率的影响理论机理框架。研究发现,服务业通过促进城镇就业、提高生产效率、减少资源消耗、降低污染物排放、缩减城乡收入差距和改善城镇居民生活、发展环境,有效促进了城镇化效率的提升。

The development of the service industry is crucial to the efficiency promotion of urbanization.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the impact mechanism of the service industry on urbanization efficiency：Firstly,based on the three characteristics of scale,structure and cluster of the service industry,this paper constructs the theoretical framework for the impact of service industry on urbanization efficiency respectively;secondly,based on of the essence of the service industry urbanization,this paper constructs the theoretical framework for the impact of service industry on population urbanization efficiency,economic urbanization efficiency,social urbanization efficiency and ecological urbanization efficiency respectively.The study shows that,by promoting employment in cities and towns,improving production efficiency,reducing resource consumption,reducing pollutant emissions,reducing the income gap between urban and rural areas,and improving the urban residents＇ living and development environment,the service industry effectively promotes the improvement of the urbanization efficiency.
