摘要
目的:探讨孕期多元化教育支持在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇中的应用效果。方法:将90例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组针对产检发现的异常问题给予指导,观察组在此基础上给予孕期多元化教育支持,比较两组临床效果。结果:两组干预后产妇自然分娩知识、抑郁、焦虑、分娩效能评分及自然分娩率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕期多元化教育支持可增加瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇自然分娩知识,缓解负性情绪,提升分娩效能,提高自然分娩率。
Objective: To explore the application effect of diversified education support during the second pregnancy in women with scarred uterus. Methods: A total of 90 second pregnant cases with scarred uterus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given guidance for the abnormal problems found in the examination,and the observation group was given diversified education support during pregnancy,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results: There were statistically significant differences in natural childbirth knowledge,depression,anxiety,delivery efficiency score and natural childbirth rate between the two groups after the intervention( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Diversified education support during pregnancy can improve the awareness of natural childbirth knowledge,relieve negative emotions,improve delivery efficiency,and improve the natural childbirth rate.
