合理情绪行为护理对烧伤整形患者的影响

Effect of Rational Emotional Behavior Nursing on Patients with Burn and Plastic Surgery

目的:探讨合理情绪行为护理对烧伤整形患者的影响。方法:将116例烧伤整形患者随机分为观察组和对照组各58例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予合理情绪行为护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者护理满意度、生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合理情绪行为护理可提高烧伤整形患者的护理满意度,改善患者生活质量和心理状态。

Objective： To explore the effect of rational emotional behavior nursing on patients with burn plastic surgery. Methods： A total of 116 burn and plastic patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given rational emotional behavior nursing on the basis of routine nursing car. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results： There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in nursing satisfaction,quality of life assessment（ SF-36） scores and symptom checklist 90（ SCL-90） scores（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Rational emotional behavior nursing can improve the satisfaction of patients with burn and plastic surgery,improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients.
