摘要
拯救青少年体质的关键是提高学校体育的生命力,深入挖掘学校体育人文价值是实现学校体育教育生命力的有力保障.以人文教育思想发展进程、西方思想家对人文教育观的认识,人文教育的时代困境为理论基础,以质性研究范式为视角,以体育教学活动的情境性和过程性为主要研究对象,对中学优秀体育教师进行深度访谈,探讨学校体育人文精神价值实现的有效途径.研究认为学校体育人文教育价值实现途径主要有以下四点特征:(1)情境设计过程强调开放性、主动性和创造性;(2)教学方法选择强调多样性、灵活性和趣味性;(3)学习体验过程强调主体性、积极性和自主性;(4)课堂评价结果强调参与性、情感性和成长性等.
The key to improving teenager's physical health is to enhance the vitality of school sports.Taping humanistic value of school sports guarantees the vitality of school physical education. Based on the developing process of humanistic education,western scholars' understanding of humanistic education and the era predicament in humanistic education, the thesis mainly studies the situation and process of physical education by having in-depth interviews with outstanding PE teachers in middle schools. Meanwhile, the thesis also discusses effective ways to fulfill the humanistic value of physical education at school and, furthermore, attempts to improve the system of physical education for the overall physical and mental development of adolescents. The thesis suggests four major ways to achieve the value of school physical education: 1) attaching importance to the openness, initiative and creativity in the process of context design; 2) highlighting diversity, flexibility and interest-arousing in the choice of teaching methods; 3) emphasizing subjectivity, enthusiasm and initiative in the studying experience; 4) valuing participation, emotion, and improvement in class evaluation. Teachers must improve teaching methods through constant learning and reflection.
