摘要
从区域视角审视开放创新行为对区域创新绩效的影响,认为区域内企业和科研机构等创新主体的开放性创新行为通过超本地化效应、多样化效应、协同效应、收益激励效应对区域创新产出有积极作用,并通过构建省际面板EC2SLS计量模型对各类型开放创新活动及区域知识整合能力影响创新绩效进行建模。研究发现:除国内市场技术购买、高校和科研机构外部R&D支出等变量影响不显著外,内向开放创新中的其他变量、外向开放创新变量均有助于区域创新绩效的提高,在其间知识整合能力也发挥了重要的中介作用。
The paper discusses the effect of the open innovation on the innovation performance at the regional level,and it holds that open innovation activities of enterprises and RD organizations should have positive effect on innovation output by ex-localization,diversification,coordination and material encouragement. After building an EC2 SLS model on provincial sample panel data,this paper finds that except domestic technology purchase,RD external spending of RD sectors,most of inward open innovation and outward open innovation could have positive effect on innovation,and knowledge integration capacity plays an important role as intermediary variable.
