摘要
在教学中,以启发式教学作为指导思想,运用合作学习模式、问题—发现教学模式和讲授法、讨论法、训练与实践式等教学方法来教授以人文关怀为基础的医患沟通技能。通过SEGUE量表和标准化病人评价教学效果。研究显示,实施教学前医学生SEGUE量表评分为(11.08±3.87)分,教学后评分(19.32±2.04)分,经比较(t检验)两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。标准化病人主观评价该班级学生在教学后医患沟通技能有明显提高。因此,在医学生中,多种教学方式方法相组合进行以人文关怀为基础的医患沟通技能教学的模式可以显著提高教学效果,具有一定的推广价值。
To explore the effectiveness of the doctor-patient communication skill teaching model in cultivating medical students based on humanistic care. The authors integrated a variety of approaches as the teaching model to improve the medical students' doctor-patient communication skills based on humanistic care. These approaches included the question- discovery, lecture, discussion, combining theory with practice and so on. The SEGUE scale and standardized patients were be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching model. The baseline of SEGUE scale was 11.08±3.87. After implementing teaching with the integrated teaching model, the SEGUE scale was 19. 32±2. 04. Statistical analysis, performed by student's t test, revealed the significance difference between before and after teaching of SEGUE scale (P〈 0.01). And the subjective evaluation of standardized patients was that the skill of doctor-patient communication in the teaching class has been improved obviously. The integrated teaching model of doctor-patient communication skill based on humanistic care can significantly improve teaching effectiveness in medical students and has a certain promotion value.
