Experience and Lessons from the Socialist Development in the Last 100 Years

今年是十月革命一百周年,认真回顾百年来的艰辛历程,深刻认识十月革命的伟大意义,我们要认真总结社会主义发展的成功经验,吸取挫折和失败中的教训:坚持科学社会主义不动摇;要同时代特征和本国国情相结合;要掌握一支听党指挥、能打胜仗的人民军队;坚持一切为人民、全心全意为人民服务;坚持以经济建设为中心"五位一体"全面发展;坚持把改革开放创新作为发展的强劲动力;坚持依法治国,建设法制国家;坚决反对帝国主义的和平演变;坚持党的领导,加强党的建设。坚定理想信念,推动社会主义事业更好、更快地发展。

This year marks the 100 th anniversary of the October Revolution. Looking back into the arduous journey of socialist development to fully appreciate the significance of the Revolution,we should summarize the successful experience as well as lessons from its setbacks and failures. They are concluded as follows： adhere to scientific socialism; combine with the contemporary conditions and domestic realities,build the people＇s military forces that follow the Party＇s commands and can fight and win; stick to the principle of ＂ all for the people＂ and ＂ serving the people wholeheartedly＂; pursue five-sphere integrated development with economic progress as the central task; pursue reform and opening up and boost development through innovation; promote rule of law and build a law-based state;oppose resolutely any attempts of peaceful revolution from the imperialist; uphold the leadership of the Party and strengthen Party building; and stay true to our ideals and conviction and push forward the cause of socialism.
