城市供水管网阀门润滑脂的研制

Research on Valve Grease for Urban Water Supply Network

城市供水管网的阀门长期浸泡在水中,经常发生锈蚀和卡死现象,严重地影响到阀门的正常使用。研制了一种润滑脂来解决阀门锈蚀和卡死问题。阀门润滑脂由新型复合皂稠化剂55.5%~80.5%,高黏度基础油15.4%~34.2%,复合防锈剂3.2%~6.8%,抗水剂0.5%~1.5%和抗氧剂0.4%~2.0%制备而成。制备的阀门润滑脂具有优良的抗磨、防锈和抗水性能。经过3年的实际应用表明,阀门润滑脂使用效果良好,能满足城市供水管网阀门润滑和防护的要求。

The valve on urban water supply network soaked in water for a long term and often rusted and stuck.So the normal use of valve was seriously affected.A grease was researched to solve the rust and stick problems of valve.The valve grease was prepared by 55.5%～80.5% of the new compound soap thickener, 15.4%～ 34.2% of the high viscosity base oil, 3.2%～6.8% of the anti-rust agent, 0.5%～1.5% of the anti-water agent, 0.4%～ 2.0% of the anti-oxidation agent.This valve grease had good anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-water performances. After three years practical application, it showed that the valve grease had good performance and could meet the lubrication and protection requirements of urban water supply network.
