摘要
ICP-AES因具有线性范围宽,检出限低,基体干扰少,灵敏度高,可同时测定多种元素和分析速度快等优点,被越来越多地应用于测定航空润滑油中的磨损元素。但在ICP-AES测定之前,必须对航空润滑油样进行前处理以提高分析的准确性。前处理方法包括干灰化法,传统湿式消解法,微波消解法,乳化法,萃取分离法和溶剂稀释法。综述了各前处理方法的特点。
ICP-AES had the advantages of wide linear range,low detection limit,low matrix interference, high sensitivity, simultaneous determination of multiple elements and fast analysis speed.And it was increasingly used to determine the wear elements in aviation lubricants.However,prior to ICP-AES measurements, aviation lubricants must be preprocessed to improve the accuracy of the analysis.The preprocessing methods included dry ashing method, traditional wet digestion method, microwave digestion method, emulsification method, extraction separation method and solvent dilution method.The characteristics of each preprocessing method were reviewed.
