摘要
煤岩截割振动信号分析的煤岩界面识别中,振动信号难以与采煤机实时工况信息进行关联存储,存在煤岩识别运算量大等问题。针对此类问题,设计了一种新型采煤机截割振动信号采集与识别系统。重点介绍了该系统的设计原理和软、硬件设计等。工业测试结果表明,该系统通过对数据采集及预处理算法进行优化,可多通道、高精度、高速率采集和实时处理数据,可满足采煤机滚筒自动调高实时性的要求。该系统已获得矿用产品安全标志证及防爆合格证。
Aiming at the coal rock interface recognition which based on vibration signal analysis of coal rock cutting, the vibration signal is difficult to correlate with the real-time working condition information of the shearer, and there were some problems such as large calculation of coal and rock recognition. A new type of shearer cutting vibration signal acquisition and recognition system has been proposed. The design principle, the design of software and hardware were introduced. The industrial test results showed that the system based on data acquisition and pre- processing algorithm can optimize and achieve multi-channel, high precision, high speed data acquisition and real- time processing, to meet the high requirement of real-time automatic shearer drum height adjustment, and has obtained the mining products safety mark certificate and certificate of explosion-proof.
