摘要
液压支架活柱/活塞杆在使用过程中出现表面损伤、单纯镀铬不能修复等问题。通过化学成分、力学性能及焊接性能的分析,制定了去除表面损伤层的MAG堆焊、车削及镀硬铬修复方案,有效解决了修复问题。
Aiming at the problem of surface-damaged moving column and piston rod can' t chrome-plating, formulated a repair process, turning and hard chrome-plating. The problem including removing surface-damaged layer, has been solved effectively.
