为加强企业的现场管理,保障安全生产,提高效益,中煤科工集团上海有限公司推行6S管理模式,建立了三级机构四层网络组织架构。介绍了6S管理具体内容,重点介绍了安全理念,通过四个案例详细说明6S推行过程中的安全应用效果。
In order to strengthen the field management of enterprise, ensure the safety in production and improve the efficiency, the 6S management model has been carried out, the three-level institution and four-layer network organization structure have been established. Introduced the specific contents of 6S management, and focused on the safety concept, four examples were given to illustrate the safety application effect of 6S in the implementation process.
