调整行星机构轴向间隙的改进方法

摘要 针对现有两个单列滚子圆锥轴承支承的行星机构轴向间隙调整方式的不足,进行了改进设计。改进后的结构具有以下优点:避免加工端盖止口;确保轴承安装到位;保证浮动油封两安装座间距离在要求的公差范围内。 In view of the defects of adjustment of axial clearance for existing planetary mechanism supported by two conic bearing with single row of roll, the design has been improved. The improved structure avoids the machine work of cap end, the bearing may be installed in exact place to keep the distance between two floating oil seals with required tolerance.
