摘要 对某水泥生料钢筋混凝土筒仓结构进行检测,采用预应力钢绞线法对其进行加固,对加固前后钢筋混凝土筒仓进行设计计算及有限元数值模拟,分析在贮料荷载作用下,加固前与加固后混凝土、钢筋的受力情况。结果表明,加固后预应力钢绞线对钢筋混凝土筒仓壁起到了很好的约束作用,裂缝宽度明显减小,混凝土的最大应力和钢筋的应力都显著降低,加固效果良好。 The reinforced concrete silo structure of cement raw material is tested, and then strengthed bythe use of prestressed strand method. Besides the design calculation and the finite element numerical simulationof reinforced concrete silo before and after reinforcement are carried out respectively, and the stress of both con-crete and steel before and after reinforcement is analyzed under storage load. It is indicated that the reinforcedprestressed steel strand effects well on restraining the reinforced concrete silo wall after reinforcement, the crackwidth decreases clearly, and the maximum stress of concrete and the stress of steel bar are decreased obviously,which shows that the strengthening effect is good.
