摘要
在城市双修提出修补城市功能的背景下,分析了道路空间应承担的功能,认为道路应重点解决机非冲突交通安全、公交慢行优先出行、多功能设施集约化占地布置等问题。提出了以综合绿化设施带整合公交站点、机非停车、市政交通杆件等需求并集约化布置的新型人非共板道路设计方法。给出了标准横断面布置、综合绿化设施带宽度取值、功能整合的平面布置、交叉口基于人非过街优先的平面设计、交叉口与地块进出口处提高非机动车舒适度的平纵大样图设计、无缝衔接换乘的路边微枢纽布置、以及道路与建筑空间一体化空间组织等设计要点。解决了快慢交通分离、慢行与生活空间融合要求下的人非共板道路设计问题。
Under the background of city double repair, the road space should take mechanical - vehicletraffic, slow -moving traffic, multi modes transfer, life support infrastructure and other functions from the roadusers'point of view. Because the proportion of bicycle travel is increasing, we should focus on solving the conflictand safety of vehicle and bicycle, the priority of public bicycle and pedestrian, intensive layout of multi - use fa-cilities. Based on analyzing the existing section adaptabilities and problems, the new design of Man - Bicycle -one- plane Section is proposed. The comprehensive greening and facilities belt is assigned which can meet thedemand of the public transportation stop, vehicle and bicycle parking, municipal and traffic poles, etc. The de-sign points are given such as the standard cross - sectional layout, width value and function layout of comprehen-sive greening and facilities belt, intersection plane design based on slow -moving traffic priority, horizontal andvertical drawing design of intersection and block entrance to improve bicycle comfort, roadside seamless transfermicro hub layout, road and building space integration organization design, etc. A design method for the greenroad with slow- moving traffic priority, convenient use and regulate order is provided, the method can solve theproblem of man - bicycle - one - plane section and meet the demand of vehicle and bicycle traffic separation,slow moving and living space integration etc.
