摘要
以某240m高单筒式钢筋混凝土烟囱为例,通过ABAQUS建立模型,计算了自重荷载、风荷载、温度作用对烟囱的单独作用和组合作用效应。分析得知烟囱的顶点最大位移、承载能力均满足规范要求,烟囱裂缝除局部筒壁最大裂缝宽度不满足规范要求外,其余部分均满足要求。根据有限元计算结果,需对烟囱筒壁出现的损伤进行修复加固,以提高烟囱刚度以避免风振效应,消除烟囱使用过程中的安全隐患。
Taking an example of 240 meters high single tube reinforced concrete chimney, a model is es-tablished through the finite element analysis program ABAQUS to analyze the effect of gravity, wind and tempera-ture which work respectively and simultaneously. The results show that the maximum displacement of the top ofchimney, bearing capacity can meet the requirements of the specification. The maximum crack width of thechimney also meets the design specification except for the body of local chimney wall. According to the results ofthe finite element calculation, the chimney~ damaged areas need repair and reinfbrcement to improve the rigidi-ty, avoiding the wind vibration effect, and eliminate the potential safety hazard.
