摘要
在详细分析卡车前保险杠独特结构及工艺的基础上,确定其最佳冲压工序方案,为了保证两边侧向负角的对称性,在整体拉延后,对拉延件的两侧又采用一次侧拉延工序,并设计出该保险杠独特造型所需的侧拉延冲孔模具,不仅满足了客户对卡车外观独特造型的需求,而且还缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本,对其它类似产品的冲压工艺和模具设计具有一定的参考意义。
Based on the analysis of its special structure and technology, tt^e stamping process o~ a Lruz,,front bumper was determined. In order to ensure its symmetry of two lateral negative angle, a side - drawingprocess was adopted to its two sides after it had been entirely drawed. A side - drawing - and - piercing die forits unique model was designed, which not only satisfied customer needs, but also reduced its costs and produc-tion cycle. The article had some references for the stamping process and die design of the similar products.
