摘要
绿篱修剪机的刀具是绿篱修剪机的重要部件之一,刀具的耐用度和稳定性直接影响修剪质量和工作效率。以某车载式绿篱修剪机刀具圆锯片为研究对象,首先分析了其失效类型及其失效原因,然后基于ANSYS/LS_DYNA对断续锯切过程规律和圆锯片的动态失稳现象进行显式动力学的数值模拟分析,为研究圆锯片的失效机理提供理论依据。
Tool is one of the important parts of the hedge trimmer, and the durability and stability of thetool directly affect the quality of pruning and the working efficiency. In this paper, a circular saw blade of a vehi-cle - mounted hedge trimmer is taken as the research object. The characteristics of the failure type and its failureare analyzed. The process of intermittent sawing process and the dynamic instability of circular saw blade are an-alyzed based on ANSYS/L DYNA. The numerical simulation of explicit dynamics is given to provide a theoreticalbasis for studying the failure mechanism of circular saw blades.
