摘要
油田加热炉是油气生产的重要设施之一,是地面集输、处理与输送各个环节中必不可少的重要生产设施之一,同时也是油气田重点耗能设备。通过试验分析加热炉排烟温度与空气系数的关系,对现场加热炉的测试数据进行统计汇总,按加热炉功率范围及负荷率区间分析不同加热炉效率与负荷率的关系,得出不同类型加热炉的排烟温度与空气系数的函数关系。
The oilfield furnace is one of the important facilities for oil and gas production, and it is the neccessary in the process of gathering, transportation as well. meantime it is the main energy consumed facility. Analysis of the relationship between the furnace outlet gas temperature and air coefficient through the test. The furnace test data statistical summary collection through the above analysis. According to the power range and the load rate of the furnace, operating the analysis of different efficiency furnace relationship with the load rate, formed the function relationship between the exhaust gas temperature and air coefficient in different types of furnace.
