摘要
基于对变流系统单相模块化多电平AC/AC变流器(AC/AC-MMC)工作原理的分析,提出了一种上层基于D-Q解耦的电压、电流双闭环控制,底层基于谐波注入的输出端控制以及基于排序法的电容电压平衡控制的分层控制策略,结合载波移相PWM调制技术组成了针对AC/AC-MMC的分层控制系统,并基于CRH5型动车额定参数,于Matlab/Simulink平台下搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性以及所设计的分层控制系统的有效性。
Based on analyzing the working principle of single phase modularized multiple level AC/AC converter (AC/AC-MMC) of converter system, the paper puts forward a hierarchical control strategy, by which its upper layer is being under D-Q decoupling based voltage and current dual closed loop control, its bottom layer is being under the harmonic injection based output end control and the ranking method based capacitor voltage balance control, the simulation model is established under Matlab/Simulink platform on the basis of composition of AC/AC-MMC hierarchical control system combined with carrier phase shift PWM modulation technology, and on the basis of rated parameters of CRH5 EMU, the simulation results show the correctness of the theoretical analysis and effectiveness of the designed hierarchical control system.
