摘要
接触网零部件长期受各种随机载荷的影响,容易发生低周疲劳。本文针对京沪高铁接触网零部件的现状,利用弓网仿真建立某区间接触网模型,分析吊弦、支持与定位装置的工作载荷和位移分布,设计吊弦、支持与定位装置的疲劳试验条件,得出吊弦疲劳试验的加载范围、循环周期、幅值参数取值;支持与定位装置疲劳试验加载静态载荷后,再对定位点加载位移载荷,得到幅值周期的取值范围。
The OCS fittings are liable to generate the low cycle fatigue due to long-term suffering from various random loads, with regards to current conditions of OCS fittings for Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway, by establishment of OCS model for pantograph-catenary simulation, analyzing the work loads and offset distribution of droppers, supporting and registration devices, defining the fatigue test conditions for droppers, supporting and registration devices, the taking values for scope of loading, cycle period and amplitude parameters for the fatigue test of droppers are obtained. The scope of taking values for amplitude cycle are obtained on the basis of static loads being applied on the supporting and registration devices and offset loads being applied on the registration point.
