摘要
选取基质沥青制备薄片状沥青试样,进行类工况的冻融循环试验,采用软化点、延度、针入度分别对不同循环次数沥青试样的高温性能、低温性能、变形能力进行宏观指标的分析,采用红外光谱进行微观机理进行分析。试验结果表明,融雪剂提高了基质沥青的高温性能、降低了低温性能、变形能力有所下降;融雪剂与沥青发生了化学反应,但没有生成新物质,其中软组分饱和分、芳香分转化为硬组分脂质、沥青质,也可以说经融雪剂浸泡后沥青结合料"变硬"了。
Select the matrix asphalt to prepare flake - like asphalt samples, the use of samples for the type of freeze- thaw cycle test. The macroscopic indexes of high temperature performance, low temperature performance and deformation capacity of asphalt samples with different cycle times were analyzed by softening point, ductility and penetration. The microscopic mechanism of freeze - thaw cycle of asphalt chloride was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The experimental results show that the deicing agent improves the high tem- perature performance of the matrix asphalt, reduces the low temperature performance, and the deformation a- bility decreases. Deicing agent and the asphalt occurred in the chemical reaction, but did not generate new substances, in which the soft component saturation, aroma into hard components of lipid, asphaltene, it can be said that after the snow immersion agent asphalt binder " hardened".
