摘要
通过分析国内外现行硬质沥青技术规范,结合国内应用实际,指出我国现行50号、30号硬质沥青技术标准仍需完善和修订,并对现有规范的黏度和延度等指标进行了合理优化以指导硬质沥青生产。在此基础上,采用沙特、科威特、阿曼等中东原油,通过常减压蒸馏和溶剂脱沥青工艺生产出性能优异的低标号硬质沥青,重点对30号沥青及其路用性能进行了研究。研究表明,30号沥青软化点、黏度等高温性能突出,SHRP分级达到PG76-16水平,证明30号沥青适用于南方高温多雨地区,可以提高路面使用性能,降低建设和维修成本,为我国高等级路面使用硬质沥青提供了参考依据。
This article investigate current 50# and 30# hard asphalt technical standards of China and other countries, through analyzing the present technical specifications and combining the reality domestic engineering, indicate that the standards need to be improved and revised; it also optimizes the viscosity and ductility index to guide the production of hard asphalt. On this basis, we use Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and other Middle East crude oil to produce low grade hard asphalt with excellent performance by atmospheric and vacuum distillation and solvent de - asphalting process. This article focuses on 30# asphalt and its road performance. Studies show that the high temperature performance of 30# asphalt, such as high viscosity and softening point, is outstanding. And the asphalt reaches PG76 - 16 in SHRP PG system. So that 30# hard asphalt is suitable for high temperature and rainy southern areas, it can improve the pavement performance, reduce the construction and maintenance cost. This paper provides reference for the applications of hard asphalt in high grade pavement.
