高校图书馆微博服务现状研究——与高校官方微博对比分析

高校图书馆作为高校的二级单位,与高校拥有相似的行业背景和用户群体。然而,两者在微博服务质量和运营效果上却存在较大差距。为此,文章将二者进行对比,分析高校图书馆官方微博运营上的问题,并借鉴高校官方微博的管理经验,对如何完善发展图书馆微博进行探讨。

As affihated institution of university, university libraries is similar with its university in industry background and user groups. However, there are still gaps in the service quality and operation effectiveness between them. Therefore, this paper compares their microblogs in order to find out management issues of university library official microblogs and discuss ways to improve the microblogs of university libraries according to managerial experience of university official microblogs
