“双一流”背景下高校党政管理人员综合素养提升探析

高校党政管理人员在学校的建设与发展中发挥着举足轻重且不可替代的作用。在国家全面推进"双一流"建设的新形势下,高校党政管理人员的综合能力和专业素养面临着新的挑战。"双一流"建设需要一流的管理,一流的管理离不开一流的管理队伍。如何迎接新的挑战,并取得突破性的进展,提升高校党政管理人员综合素质成为新形势下做好高校管理工作的着力点。文章就国家"统筹推进两个一流"战略背景下,对如何提升高校党政管理人员综合能力与专业素养提出新的思考。

The management plays an important and irreplaceable role in the construction and development of schools. Under the new situation of promoting the ＂double first-class＂ construction, the comprehensive ability and professionalism of the administrators in universities are facing new challenges. ＂Double first-class＂ construction requires first-class management, first-class management can＇t be separated from first-class management team. How to meet the new challenges and make breakthrough progress, and improve the comprehensive quality of administrators in universities, has become the focus of the university management work in the new situation. In this paper, the author puts forward some new thoughts on how to promote the comprehensive ability and professional accomplishment of management staff in the context of the strategy of ＂promoting overall double first-class＂.
