吡啶硫酮锌乳膏对寻常性银屑病模型小鼠防治作用的研究

Study on Anti-psoriasis Efficacy of Pyrithione Zinc Cream in Mice of Psoriasis Vulgaris Model

目的:研究吡啶硫酮锌乳膏对寻常性银屑病模型小鼠的防治作用。方法:采用咪喹莫特复制寻常性银屑病模型小鼠,然后给予吡啶硫酮锌乳膏局部治疗14 d,观察各剂量组动物皮损的变化,并计算其脾指数。结果:吡啶硫酮锌乳膏可缓解小鼠银屑病样皮损症状,增加小鼠脾指数,降低耳廓体质量差,改善了银屑病所致的炎症反应。结论:吡啶硫酮锌乳膏对寻常性银屑病小鼠具有防治作用。

Objective： To study the anti-psoriasis efficacy of Pyrithione zinc cream in the mice of psoriasis vulgaris model. Methods： The mice models of psoriasis vulgaris were replicated using imoquimod cream, and consecutively treated for 14 days with zinc pyrithione cream. Then, the skin lesions of each dose group were evaluated and the mice spleen/weight indexes were examined. In addition, its anti-inflammatory effect was investigated using the models of ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene. Results： Pyrithione zinc cream ameliorated the psoriasis, like skin lesions, increased the spleen/weight index, reduced the weight difference between the inflammatory auricle and the control auricles, and inhibited the inflammatory infiltration in derma. Conclusion： Pyrithione zinc cream is an effective anti-psoriasis medicine for treating psoriasis vulgaris.
