电力勘测设计企业员工心理契约与工作满意度及离职倾向关系实证研究

摘要 通过对电力勘测设计企业的184名员工的实证研究得出:电力勘测设计企业员工的心理契约包括交易型心理契约、关系型心理契约和团队成员心理契约三个维度,并且电力勘测设计企业员工感知到的团队成员心理契约的履约程度和工作满意度显著相关,而工作满意度与离职倾向显著负相关。
