巴林特小组在实习医生群体中改善医患关系的随机对照研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过在我院开展巴林特小组对初入临床的实习医生群体进行心理干预,找到一种切实可行的改善医患关系的方法。方法选取2015—2016年首次参加临床实习的90名学生作为研究对象。将其随机分为3组。1组为巴林特小组,每2周进行一次巴林特小组讨论;2组为宣教组,每2周进行一次医患关系授课宣教;3组为对照组,按医院临床实习计划进行医患关系方面的学习。三组学生分别在3个月和6个月以问卷调查的方式进行评分,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果在教学3个月和6个月后,巴林特组学生的教学效果均优于宣教组与对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而宣教组和对照组教学效果相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。在教学6个月时巴林特组教学效果提高较3个月时明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组的精神动力干预对实习医生群体可以起到明显改善医患关系和提高医生认知的作用。 Objective The purpose of this study is to find a practical way to improve the physician-patient relationship through the development of the Balint group psychological intervention on the clinical Intern Group in our hospital. Methods 90 students who participated in clinical internship for the first time from 2015 to 2016 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into three groups. The first group was the Balint group, and the special group in Balint was discussed every two weeks; The second group was the propaganda and education group, and the physician-patient relationship teaching was carried out every two weeks; The third group as control group, according to the hospital clinical practice plan for physician-patient relationship learning. Three groups of students were scored at three and six months by questionnaire. The results were statistically analyzed. Results After 3 months and 6 months of teaching, the teaching effect of Bahrain special group was better than that of the control group and the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Compared with the teaching effect of the control group and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P 〉 0.05). In the 6 months of teaching, the teaching effect of the barting group was significantly higher than that of 3 months, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The physician-patient relationship and the cognitive function of doctor were significantly improved by the psychodynamic intervention of the Balint group in the Intern groups.
