卡托普利联用利尿药治疗高血压的不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions of Captopril Combined With Diuretics in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的探讨对高血压患者使用卡托普利联用利尿药进行治疗,对其治疗中存在的不良反应进行研究。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月来我院就诊的高血压患者56例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其均分为两组。参照组患者采用卡托普利治疗,实验组患者采用卡托普利联用利尿药治疗。对两组高血压患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果两组高血压患者的临床疗效对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实验组相比较,参照组不良反应发生率明显较高,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用卡托普利与利尿药联合治疗糖尿病,可将不良反应降低,提高临床疗效,使药效维持时间增长。

Objective To investigate the treatment of hypertension with captopril combined diuretics, and to study the adverse reactions in the treatment. Methods 56 patients with hypertension from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Using random number table method, they were divided into two groups. Patients in the reference group were treated with captopril, patients in the experimental group were treated with captopril combined with diuretics. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups of patients with hypertension were compared. Results Two groups of patients with hypertension clinical curative effect comparison, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Compared with the experimental group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was significantly higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of captopril and diuretics in the treatment of diabetes can reduce the adverse reactions, improve the clinical efficacy and prolong the efficacy of the drug.
