综合健康管理模式对老年2型糖尿病患者的干预效果

The Effect of Comprehensive Health Management Model on Elderly Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究综合健康管理对2型糖尿病患者并发症的干预效果。方法选择我院体检中心131例确诊为2型糖尿病的患者为研究对象,对所有患者采取健康管理,比较患者干预前后有关指标的变化。结果患者干预后的FBG、2hPBG、m-Alb、HbAlc与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康管理对2型糖尿病患者并发症有明显的预防效果,能有效控制血糖及糖化血红蛋白等指标的恶化。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive health management on the patients with complications of type 2 diabetes. Methods 131 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and all patients were treated with health management, the changes of indicators were compared the intervention. Results The difference of FBG, 2 hPBG, m-alb and HbAlc before and after the intervention was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The health management has obvious preventive effect on the complications of type 2 diabetes, and can effectively control the deterioration of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.
