The Mode of Anesthetic Management by Nurses in Operation Room

目的分析手术室护士管理麻醉药模式的应用价值,探索麻醉药物管理的有效、安全的方法。方法我院自2016年8月起实施手术室护士管理麻醉药模式,在实施这一模式前后各随机抽取64例手术麻醉患者,分析麻醉药管理情况。结果实施后,全麻、神经阻滞、椎管内麻醉、静脉麻醉等麻醉准备时间均短于实施前,医师对麻醉药管理工作的满意度94.44%,高于实施前的72.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士管理麻醉药模式的实施可缩短麻醉准备时间,提高医师对麻醉药管理工作的认可程度。

Objective To analyze the application value of anesthetic mode in operation room nurses, and to explore effective and safe methods of narcotic drug management. Methods In our hospital since August 2016, since the implementation of management of nurses in the operation room in the anesthetic mode before and after the implementation of this model were randomly selected 64 cases of surgical anesthesia, anesthetic management analysis. Results After the implementation of general anesthesia, nerve block, spinal anesthesia, intravenous anesthesia and other anesthesia preparation time was significantly shorter than before implementation, the degree of physicians＇ satisfaction with anesthetic management was 94.44%, which was higher than 72.22% before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nurses in the operation room management mode can shorten the anesthesia anesthetic preparation time, improve physician acceptance.
