摘要
目的 :找出能明显促进小鼠骨髓细胞有丝分裂的药物及剂量 ,探讨咖啡因和酵母对小鼠骨髓细胞有丝分裂指数的影响。方法 :选择健康小鼠 ,分别经腹腔注射不同剂量的咖啡因或酵母液 ,2 4小时后颈椎脱臼处死 ,取股骨并制成骨髓细胞染色体标本 ,观察并计数小鼠骨髓细胞有丝分裂相的比例。结果 :咖啡因的三个剂量组和酵母的低、中剂量组小鼠骨髓细胞中分裂数目均有明显增加 ,与对照组比较有显著性的差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中咖啡因低剂量组和中剂量组的酵母效果最为明显 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :咖啡因和一定剂量的酵母都能促进小鼠骨髓的细胞增殖 ,增加小鼠骨髓细胞的有丝分裂指数 。
To explore the effect of caffeine and yeast on the mitosis index of mouse narrow cell,and to find out a new method which can improve the quality of mouse chromosome specimen obviously.Method:The caffeine or yeast solution was injected to mice at different doses,After 24h,the femurs of mice were selected for narrow cells collection and chromosome specimens were prepared,then,the mitosis indexes of narrow cells were observed and counted by light microscope.Results:Low dose caffeine and middle dose yeast can increase the mitosis index of narrow cells singnificantly.Conclusion:proper dose caffeine or yeast can enhance the proliferation of narrow cells and increase the mitosis index.
