摘要
养老产业作为当代热点话题之一备受多方关注,在许多养老产业未成型的情况下,如何在产业链中立足成为发展养老产业项目的难点。本文针对现代新养老产业进行分析,在如何看待国家政策、现有养老产业的真实现况、养老地产的发展趋势、养老保险的投入使用、养老设施的投入使用这5个方面入手分析,针对现代老人的需求,做出一个较为客观的发展状况简述。
One of many controversies over the hot topic of the pension industry.Many controversies over how to set up the industrial chain in the absence of many old-age industries. In this paper,the analysis of modern new old-age industry,in terms of how to treat the national p olicy,the actual status of the existing pension industry, the development trend of pension real estate,the use of endowment insurance input and analysis,For the needs of the modern elderly,make a brief description of the status of development.
