三峡库区污水处理剩余淤泥生产肥料的新方法──淤泥资源化利用专利方案说明

摘要 三峡库区内沿岸城镇污水处理厂星罗棋布,以保障库区内水质和安全。但目前污水处理厂的剩余淤泥的处置却成了一大难题。本文在作者团队已获国家授权发明专利的基础上,讨论专利方案的实施。内容包括:(1)重金属的检出与处置,(2)有毒有害有机物的检出与处置,(3)淤泥异味的消除,(4)配料制肥。此方案工艺简便,能实现对淤泥成分的全分析检测,并能对其中可能存在的重金属和有毒有害有机物加以处置,进而可充分利用淤泥批量制备肥料。方法适宜推广,这项成果的实施将会给环境建设带来实际的经济效益。 Many sewage treatment plants have been set up in cities and towns in the Three Gorges Reservoir area to safeguard the water quality protection and security. However, their excess sludge disposal has become a serious problem. This paper discussed the implementation of the state-authorized patent granted to the author’ s team. The technological process includes: (1) Analysis and disposal of heavy metals. (2) Analysis and disposal of toxic and harmful organic compounds. (3) Elimination of sludge odor. (4) Production of fertilizer by using the excess sludge. The techniques are easy to be applied , and could integratedly detect and analyze various sludge compositions and effectively dispose the heavy metals and toxic organic compounds, as well as take full advantage of excess sludge to produce fertilizer. The method is suitable for promotion and application to bring great eco-nomic benefits.
