摘要
以某卡车制造企业的生产工人为研究对象,提出一种体力负荷评价方法。该方法借助eM-Engineer软件的人机分析工具确定评价因素的评判值R,利用模糊层次分析法建立体力负荷评价体系,在企业中应用之后效果明显。
This paper presents a physical workload evaluation method by taking the production workers as research objects in a truck manufacturing enterprise. The evaluation value R of factors is confirmed with the help o fergonomics analysis tool of eM-Engineer and a physical workload evaluation system is built by applying the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) in this method. This method is effective after application in the enterprise.
