摘要
EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)项目管理按阶段划分,可分为:报价/投标、合同谈判、设计、采购、施工、调试/开车、竣工验收和后期服务阶段。在项目具体实施过程中,通常是根据合同的规定,在项目经理统一组织领导下,通过设计经理、采购经理、施工经理、财务经理、质量经理、HSE经理以及控制经理等团队成员的有效管理,使项目的安全、进度、费用、质量等均能满足合同要求。同时,与业主之间以及与项目相关方建立良好的合作关系。
