乌拉地尔治疗高血压患者的有效性和安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of urapidil in the treatment of patients with hypertensive

目的探讨乌拉地尔对高血压患者的治疗效果及其对患者血压、心率的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2016年5月在我院接受治疗的120例高血压患者,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予乌拉地尔。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血压水平均明显降低,SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD和PNN50水平均明显提升,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌拉地尔对高血压治疗效果较好,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of urapidil in patients with hypertensive and its influence on blood pressure and heart rate. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of hypertension patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were observed and divided into control group and observation group according to treatment methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was treated with urapilil on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 86.67% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the blood pressure levels significantly decrease in both groups, the levels of SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD and PNN50 significantly increased, and those in the observation group were significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Urapidil is effective in the treatment of hypertension, and it has a value of clinical application.
