Objective To study the effect of combination of naloxone and Xingnaojing in the emergency treatment of acute alcohol intoxication. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, the clinical date of 100 cases of patients with acute alcohol intoxication treated in our hospital were analzed retrospectively, and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received naloxone on the basis of routine treatment, while the observation group accepted naloxone combined with Xingnaojing on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical effect, time of drug onset, recovery of consciousness, improvement of symptoms and disappearance of symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than 92.0% of the control group(P〈0.05). The time of drug onset, recovery of consciousness, improvement of symptoms and disappearance of symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 16.0%(8/50), which was lower than 38.0%(19/50) of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute alcohol intoxication, naloxone combined with Xingnaojing has good effect, which can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of the clinical promotion.
