早期应用呋塞米联合小剂量多巴胺治疗心力衰竭的疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of early application of furosemide combined with low-dose dopamine in the treatment of heart failure

目的观察早期应用呋塞米联合小剂量多巴胺治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将62例心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。两组均给予常规综合治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用呋塞米,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用呋塞米联合小剂量多巴胺。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗前、后患者心功能改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEF、LVFS显著升高,LVDD显著降低;且观察组LVEF、LVFS显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但LVDD组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期应用呋塞米联合小剂量多巴胺治疗心力衰竭疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of early application of furosemide combined with low-dose dopamine in the treatment of heart failure. Methods Sixty-two patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The two groups were both given conventional comprehensive treatment, the control group was treated with furosemide on the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with furosemide combined with small doses of dopamine on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effects, the improvement of cardiac function before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 77.42% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the LVEF and LVFS significantly elevated and the LVDD significantly reduced of the two groups; the LVEF and LVFS in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, but there was no significantly different in the LVDD between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early application of furosemide combined with low-dose dopamine in the treatment of heart failure is effective, safe and reliable, and it is worthy of clinical application.
