超声引导下穿刺术治疗盆腔囊肿的效果及安全性评价

The effect and safety evaluation of ultrasound guided paracentesis in the treatment of pelvic cyst

目的探讨超声引导下穿刺术治疗盆腔囊肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法将我院2014年1月至2016年3月收治的80例盆腔囊肿患者分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组行开腹手术,研究组行超声引导下穿刺术。比较两组手术指征;术后随访3个月,观察两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果研究组各项手术指征明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月,研究组的治疗总有效率(97.5%)显著高于对照组(85.0%),研究组不良反应发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(10.0%)(P<0.05),两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下穿刺术治疗盆腔囊肿具有出血量少、手术时间短、并发症少等优点,能够减轻患者疼痛,提高治疗效率,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety evaluation of ultrasound guided paracentesis in the treatment of pelvic cyst. Methods From January 2014 to March 2016, 80 cases of pelvic cyst patients treated in our hospital were divided into research group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group were performed the open operation, the research group underwent ultrasound guided paracentesis. Surgery indications between the two groups were compared; follow-up for 3 months, the treatment effect, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The surgical indications in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; after 3 months, the total effective rate of the research group（97.5%） was significantly h igher than 85.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）, the incidence rate of adverse reactions（2.5%） is lower than 10.0% of the control group（P〈 0.05）; the difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasound guided paracentesis in the treatment of pelvic cyst has a less blood loss, shorter operation time, less complications, and could reduce pain and improve the clinical efficiency, which is safe and reliable.
