摘要
目的探讨外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)技术在肿瘤护理中的应用效果及安全性。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月在我院接受治疗的92例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。对照组患者采用一般静脉留置针穿刺,观察组患者采用PICC技术。比较两组患者导管置管情况、一次穿刺成功率、并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组导管置管操作时间及导管保留时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率、一次置管成功率及护理总满意率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PICC技术在肿瘤护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者的治疗依从性,并发症少,安全性高,有利于提高患者的护理总满意率,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect and safety of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） in tumor nursing. Methods Ninety-two tumor patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given venous indwelling needle puncture, and the observation group was given PICC. The cathetering situation, one-time success rate of puncture, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the cathetering operation time and cathetering retention time were better in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications, one-time success rate of puncture and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PICC has significant application effects in tumor nursing, which can improve patients＇ treatment compliance, with less complications and high safety, and can increase the patients＇ satisfaction, it is worthy of wide clinical application.
