摘要
目的探讨产前健康教育干预对初产妇分娩自我效能及分娩结局的影响。方法选2015年8月至2016年8月本院收治的1 300例初产妇为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组650例。对照组产妇给予产前常规护理,观察组产妇在常规护理基础上给予产前健康教育干预。比较两组产妇自我效能评分及分娩结局。结果对照组产妇的遵医行为、药物治疗、日常行为与健康行为评分及总评分均低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率率、剖宫产率分别80.00%和20.00%,对照组分别为52.31%、47.69%,观察组产妇自然分娩率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇实施产前健康教育干预有利于提升产妇分娩自我效能,改善分娩结局,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal health educat ion intervention on self-efficacy and delivery outcome of primipara. Methods A total of 1 300 primiparous admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 650 cases in each group. The control group was given routine prenatal nursing, and the observation group was given prenatal health education intervention. The self-efficacy scores and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance behavior, drug treatment, daily behavior, health behavior scores and total score of the control group were lower than those of the observation group(P〈0.05). The natural delivery rate and cesarean section rate of the observation group were 80.00% and 20.00% respectively, and those of the control group were 52.31% and 47.69%, the natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Prenatal health education intervention in primipara can improve the maternal childbirth self-efficacy and delivery outcome,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
